No hay nada que me haga regresar
La atención de las personas, el deterioro de las habitaciones, el mal estado de la piscina, el incumplimiento en los horarios de alimentación. Tan pronto confirmaron que la reserva que era por Booking la atención y actitud se tornó bastante negativa hacia nosotros.

Club de playa
Habitación piso con humedad se puede enfermar y caer las personas, demora en llegar bajar el aire no entregan el control duramos una hora y media esperando, piscina noche muy oscura.

Las areas comunes del Hotel, como lo es la piscina y el rio de los flotadores son espacios muy bonitos, aunque la piscina de niños no estaba en funcionamiento se ve que es chévere también. La zona o el espacio de playa también es muy agradable
No sé si fue solo la habitación que nos dieron o si todas sean iguales, pero cosas simples como un Espejo en el lavamanos, tapete para salir de la ducha, personalmente no soy de los que le gusta tirar las toallas al piso entonces el baño todo mojado, no había tubito donde se cuelga el papel higiénico, ni para colgar las toallas, la TV super borrosa, el aire acondicionado lo manejan directamente los de recepción no hay control en la habitación, las camas no tienen cobija y pues esta claro que estamos en la playa y no vamos a arroparnos con un Nórdico, pero con el aire acondicionado a toda y solo una sabana complicado. Adicionalmente reservé una habitación con una cama doble y una sencilla y nos dieron solo camas sencillas
